Realme GT Neo2 device is already started rolling out the Early access of Realme UI 3.0 Android 12. First batch of Eary acces is already rolled out. In few weeks there will be second batch of early access of Realme UI 3.0 for Realme GT Neo 2.

Realme GT Master edition device is also eligible for Realme UI 3.0 Android 12 udpate. As per the Roadmap of Realme UI 3.0 Realme GT Master edition device will get early access of Android 12 in the month of December. Approx it will be in the first week of December.
How to update for Realme UI 3.0 ?
First thing is that your device has to be eigible for Realme UI 3.0 update
- Go to setting
- system updater
- Click on three dots / Gear on top right corner
- Click on Trial version
- Fill the Early access form
- Now you have to wait for some hours
- Update will be pushed in you system updater
